    Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time, every other weekend, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work within our Crisis Stabilization and Residential Units at our Bloomington, IL facility.


    • Conduct health screenings.
    • Assess clients for acute physical issues.
    • Complete medication administration.
    • Administer TB tests.
    • Complete all required paperwork.


    • Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Must have an active LPN license in the state of Illinois with a minimum of five (5) years’ LPN experience.
    • Must be certified in CPR and maintain certification or become certified within 90 days of hire.
    • Requires basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, Outlook, e-prescribing and an electronic medical record (EMR).
    • Must have a valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance and be insurable.
    • Satisfactory completion of Chestnut’s background checking process.
