Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk to join our finance team. As an integral part of the Accounts Payable department, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering invoice and corporate credit card batches into our Accounts Payable software. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes while upholding our commitment to excellence in customer service and confidentiality.
Unpaid internship for bachelor’s-level students in a counseling-related field (e.g. social work, psychology). This is a year-long internship in our behavioral health assessment department, which bears responsibility for completing walk-in and/or scheduled assessments for substance use, mental health and domestic violence treatment needs. Candidates will receive the same training and opportunities as similarly-credentialed employees and will learn about recognizing and diagnosing substance use and mental health concerns, resources both inside and outside of Chestnut, conceptualizing and summarizing key clinical details, working in cooperation with local referring agencies and intervening in client crisis situations. The behavioral health assessment staff work with clients in the age range of adolescents through older adults.
