Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time Clinician to work with adults with substance use and mental health disorders in our court treatment programs at our Bloomington, IL facility.




  • Assessment and treatment planning.
  • Teach skills groups.
  • Individual, group, and family counseling.
  • Collaborate closely with members of the court teams.


  • Some evening work is required.
  • Must have a master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, or a related field, and must obtain CADC or licensure within two (2) years’ of hire. 
  • Requires basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance and be insurable (when applicable).
  • Satisfactory completion of Chestnut’s background checking process.
