    Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a part-time or full-time PC Technician for our Bloomington, IL facility.

    Responsibilities

    • Install and configure new PCs, software, and peripherals.
    • Troubleshoot and repair PC-level hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
    • Provide basic end-user application training and support where appropriate.
    • Assist with basic systems administration tasks under general supervision.
    • Maintain, organize and clean computer storage room; assist with inventory control.
    • Promote Chestnut’s culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut’s behavioral standards for customer service.

    Qualifications

    • Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience and/or training and/or certifications in Windows 7/10, MS Office, general PC troubleshooting, and customer service. 
    • Demonstrable skills in configuring PC hardware and peripherals are required. 
    • Experience with Windows OS client installation and configuration is preferred. 
    • Excellent organizational skills with good communication, both written and verbal are also required.  
    • Must have a valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance and be insurable. 
    • Must be able lift 10-20 pounds on a regular basis and up to 40 pounds for occasional projects.
    • Satisfactory completion of Chestnut’s background checking process.
