Choose a career where you can Make a Difference!

Chestnut Health Systems meets people where they are in their health journey. We provide primary health care for people of all ages. We treat adults and adolescents living with substance use disorders as well as providing mental health counseling, prevention education, housing, and credit counseling. Chestnut's Lighthouse Institute is a leader in researching treatment best practices.

This whole-person approach to care is among the many things that sets Chestnut apart.

Chestnut is not a large corporation, but rather, is a not-for-profit agency governed by a volunteer board of directors, at least half of whom are patients of its primary health care practice.

Our 700 employees come from all walks of life. There is a place for you at Chestnut whether you have a high school diploma, a Ph.D., or something in between; whether you want to work in a clinical or administrative area; and whether you want to work full-time, part-time, or PRN.
