For a half century, Chestnut Health Systems, a not-for-profit agency, has been meeting people where they are in their health journey. Whole-person

Pay and Benefits

We strive to be an employer of choice. We know that competitive pay is important. In 2023, Chestnut is investing an additional $6.2 million in salaries and hourly pay for its employees. 

 

Chestnut offers recruitment and retention bonuses, referral bonuses, and premium pay for hours worked evenings, overnight, or on weekends. 

Employees in a variety of behavioral health and nursing roles and employees at certain Chestnut locations are eligible for student loan reimbursement through
