Responsibilities

As a Clinician I (SBS), you will play a pivotal role in conducting diagnostic evaluations, identifying appropriate patient placement criteria, and implementing evidence-based behavioral health services for clients under structured guidance. Your responsibilities extend to providing individual, family, and group counseling and rehabilitation services, tailoring clinical functions based on your training, experience, and assigned responsibilities. Additionally, you'll offer mental health and substance use education and support to students, parents, and school/agency personnel. This will involve conducting classroom presentations, group sessions, and other training sessions as needed. Your contributions will significantly impact the community by fostering a culture of recovery and empowerment among our clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Preferably experienced with electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational standards.
