We provide fully integrated care for all our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Responsibilities

As a Clinician, you’ll play a key role in supporting adults navigating substance use. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct admissions and discharges
  • Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals and families
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans, master treatment plans, and continuing care plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions determined by your individual training and experience
  • Facilitate skills and educational groups as required by the program
  • Collaborate with other providers, families, and referral sources as needed
  • Mentor interns and new clinicians as needed while contributing to a strong team culture
  • Maintain accurate records using an electronic medical record system
  • Provide clinical insight and leadership within the program

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
• Must obtain CADC certification or licensure within two years of hire
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, EMRs)
• Valid driver’s license, private insurance, and reliable transportation

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
