As a Research Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, contributing to research and clinical programs focused on helping families thrive. The Chestnut Health Systems Oregon office is a group of NIH-funded scientists and their research and clinical teams. Programs include a focus on substance use disorders, parenting programs, recovery support services, child welfare system involvement, and implementation science. This position provides a unique opportunity to support the operations side of research and clinical practice by providing support to frontline staff and the research team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to have a consistent office presence to support team members who are providing services out in the community. The Research Assistant will provide direct support to office and project leadership providing the opportunity for diversity in tasks.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $21.28 - $22.40 an hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
