Join our team as an Information Systems Manager and take charge of the technological backbone supporting our Southern Region facilities and programs. This pivotal role requires at least five years of relevant education/experience with extensive expertise in IT infrastructure, project management, and staff supervision. As an expert in Microsoft Windows server/desktop platforms, Active Directory management, network design, IT security, and troubleshooting, you'll oversee and coordinate daily IT operations, ensuring seamless system maintenance, compliance, and project planning. In addition, you will train and mentor staff, providing guidance and development opportunities to strengthen team capabilities. You will also offer hands-on support when needed to troubleshoot issues and drive projects forward, ensuring they are completed efficiently and on schedule.
As the Information Systems Manager, you'll lead a range of critical IT functions. This includes coordinating and managing the IT helpdesk, overseeing system installation and maintenance, administering network infrastructure, and supporting security infrastructure. You will train, mentor, and guide IT Support Technicians, ensuring they develop the skills necessary to provide high-quality technical assistance. In addition, you will provide hands-on support when needed to resolve complex issues, assist with projects, and ensure timely completion of critical initiatives. Your role involves supervising technicians, ensuring compliance with security policies, and contributing to company-wide data project solutions development. You'll manage telephony systems, support electronic medical records, maintain IT procedures, and stay updated on emerging technologies to optimize system performance and security measures.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $79,679 - $90,853 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
