Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Treatment Coordinator to join our team during nontraditional business hours. You’ll receive shift differential pay on this Monday-Friday, 3:00-11:30 p.m. shift. This leadership role supports adult residential services, including crisis stabilization, and substance use treatment for men and women. You’ll supervise a dedicated team and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care that centers client dignity, safety, and recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support residential staff across multiple service areas.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in EMRs, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Provide direct services aligned with client-driven recovery plans.
  • Facilitate referrals and community linkages to support holistic care.
  • Promote a culture of hope, respect, empowerment, and wellness.
  • Uphold confidentiality and customer service excellence.
  • Participate in program development, staff supervision, and training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of mental health experience, or Master’s in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
  • CADC/CRADC certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 2 years.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, email, video conferencing, and Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week during evening hours.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $49,000 - $55,000 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
