Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for the Promoting Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care (PIPBHC) Grant program in the Central Region.
This leadership role is responsible for coordinating and supporting integrated care initiatives that connect primary care and behavioral health services across the organization. The Project Coordinator will oversee grant implementation, support program operations, supervise staff, monitor outcomes, and ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting expectations.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $49,000 -$55,000 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
