Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a Community Health Specialist - Recovery to help expand recovery-oriented services and strengthen communities throughout Logan and Mason Counties. This position combines community outreach, program development, grant management, advocacy, and leadership to create meaningful opportunities for individuals and families affected by mental health and substance use challenges.
In this role, you will collaborate with community partners, lead recovery-focused initiatives, develop innovative programs, secure funding opportunities, and help shape systems that promote wellness, resilience, and long-term recovery.

Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate recovery support programs, community trainings, events, and evidence-based initiatives
Lead community groups and coalitions by facilitating meetings, recruiting participants, fostering engagement, and maintaining ongoing communication
COMPENSATION
The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $44,400 to $50,575 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, education, internal equity, and local market conditions.
