In this impactful role, you'll spearhead community education services for youth and families affected by substance use. As a dedicated professional in behavioral health, or education-related fields, you'll play a vital part in developing, coordinating,implementing, faciliataing and evaluating programs, focusing on supporting youth impacted by parental/family substance use. Your responsibilities extend to budget management, outreach, needs assessments, media campaigns, and leadership in local, state, and national advocacy groups. Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time Employment Specialist or Employment Technician to work at our Belleville, Illinois location while servicing clients in the Metro East and St. Louis, MO vicinity.   Chestnut Vocational Services follow the evidenced base IPS (Individual and Placement and Supper Services) model. IPS is based on the belief that anyone with a severe mental illness can maintain competitive employment in the community if the right type of job and work environment can be found.

This is a role that offers an opportunity to drive positive developments while adapting quickly to assignments at various locations with possible in-the-moment changes. One position will work Monday through Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm and one position will work Sunday through Thursday 3:00pm - 11:30pm.

Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are eligible for a shift pay differential.

Join us as a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider at Chestnut’s federally qualified health center and become an integral part of our patient-centered, integrated healthcare environment. This position requires an RN with a master’s degree in nursing from an accredited university and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse- Full Practice Authority (APRN-FPA) license or PA degree from an accredited university and Physician Assistant in Medicine license in the state of Illinois. As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider, you'll provide high-quality, culturally sensitive primary care services to pediatric through geriatric patients, working in an integrated primary care and behavioral health environment.
